The net wage is surprisingly high: you often receive between €14 and €17 per hour, depending on the sector and your experience. Because no withholding tax is deducted, you actually see that amount appear in your account.

Who can do a flexi-job?

You qualify if you work at least 4/5th during the quarter for one or more employers. If you're retired, you can flexi-job without limits. Students with a student job fall under a different status and therefore cannot do a flexi-job. If you work less than 4/5th, you'll have to wait until you meet that condition.
