What does it pay?
If a flexi-job is possible for your job, you earn at least the sectoral minimum wage. On top of that you receive 7.67% flexi-holiday pay. The big advantage: you pay no social security contributions on your flexi wage and, up to 18,440 euros (income year 2026), no tax either. Anything you earn above that is taxed. This ceiling does not apply to pensioners. The employer pays an employer contribution of 28%, which is not deducted from your wage. The exact wage depends on the sector and the job.
