Yes, but under certain conditions. You must be legally retired (or have taken early retirement after a career of at least 45 years). Also, you may not work as a flexi-jobber for an employer where you were employed in the last 5 years. This keeps it fair for everyone.
In 2025, the limit is €13,260 net per year. If you earn more, you fall back under the normal tax rules. From January 1, 2026, this amount will likely increase due to indexation, but there are also plans to raise the ceiling to €18,000 for certain groups. Keep an eye on our site for updates.
