Wherever you live in Flanders, we list all open flexi-jobs neatly by municipality. No generic job boards full of noise, but a hyperlocal match for you.

The smartest way to look for a flexi-job is to filter locally. Because flexi-jobs often require physical presence, it's best to first look at vacancies in your own municipality or nearby. Use our site to view all available flexi-jobs per municipality, check the conditions, and choose a role that suits you. This way you avoid endless scrolling and quickly find what you're looking for.
Start with the conditions: for a flexi-job, you must in principle have worked at least 4/5 for one or more other employers in the third quarter before the flexi-job, or be retired. On your flexi-wage you pay no employee contributions, and no tax up to 18,440 euros (income year 2026); anything above that is taxed. That ceiling does not apply to retirees. Then browse the vacancies on this site. If you do not find anything right away, fill in the application form: we match your profile with our open vacancies and contact you about what suits you.
With a flexi-job you earn something extra alongside your main job or your pension. On your flexi-wage you pay no employee contributions and, up to an annual ceiling, no tax either. Want to know if you qualify? Below you can read which conditions you need to meet.
To be able to do a flexi-job, you must in principle have worked at least 4/5 for one or more other employers in the third quarter before the flexi-job, or be retired. If you are a student or jobseeker without that 4/5, you do not meet the condition. With the same employer, you cannot in principle combine a regular job and a flexi-job. On your flexi-wage you pay no tax up to 18,440 euros (income year 2026); anything above that is taxed. That ceiling does not apply to retirees. If you are retired and have reached neither the legal retirement age nor 45 years of career, from 2026 you can earn at most 8,121 euros a year with a flexi-job. So check the current rules before you start.
You can find flexi-jobs through different channels, such as temp agencies, VDAB and social media. This site shows the vacancies of Experza.
Since 1 July 2026, a flexi-job is possible in almost all sectors; whether it is possible for a given job depends on the rules of the sector. Think of hospitality (kitchen help, waiter, barista), retail (shop assistant, cashier) or the food industry. In a few sectors flexi-jobs are not allowed, such as agriculture and horticulture (except the laying out and maintenance of parks and gardens). Prefer a flexi-job on the weekend? Then check which vacancies are currently available.
Your flexi-wage must be at least equal to the minimum wage that applies in the sector for your job. You pay no employee contributions on your flexi-wage. If you earn more than 18,440 euros of flexi-wage in a year (income year 2026), anything above that is taxed; that ceiling does not apply to retirees. So keep an eye on your income.
