No, with one exception. From 1 July 2026, flexi-jobs are not allowed in agriculture and horticulture, except for the creation and/or maintenance of parks and gardens. For that work, the usual conditions for a flexi-job apply, which you can read below.
Whether a flexi-job is possible for a given job depends on the rules of the sector. The list of sectors without flexi-jobs can also change: in 2026, sectors can request an opt-out every quarter. So check what applies before you start.
Your flexi pay must be at least the sectoral minimum wage for the job. On top of your flexi pay you receive 7.67% flexi holiday pay. On your flexi pay you pay no employee social security contributions, and up to 18,440 euros (income year 2026) no tax either; above that amount, the excess is taxed. First check whether you meet the condition: in principle, you must have worked at least 4/5 for one or more other employers in the third quarter before the flexi-job, or be retired.
