Yes. Your employer pays a special employer contribution on your flexi-wage, and as a result you build up social rights through flexi-work, including pension rights. You keep your full flexi-wage net.
For pensioners, an exceptionally favourable regime applies: no annual tax ceiling, so unlimited net extra income while your pension continues as normal.
Anyone receiving a retirement pension can take on a flexi-job without the 4/5 employment condition and without the annual tax ceiling of €18,440 that applies to active employees. Your flexi-wage comes net on top of your pension and does not affect your pension amount.
